Our Farina is a byproduct of our sifted Spelt, and can be made into a delicious and comforting Cream of Wheat (spelt) type hot cereal (see recipe below) or used to dust bannetons. 

As a hot cereal: 1 cup farina to 3 cups boiling water. Add a pinch of salt, 1T of butter, and let simmer for 5 minutes or longer. 

As a savory polenta: Substitute olive oil for butter, stock + cream for liquid, and add crushed garlic and black pepper to taste.

Made from Comet Spelt, grown on organic acreage in Halifax, PA. Non-GMO, unbleached, unbromated, and without additives.
