This whole crystal salt is coarse and moist and gets its grey hue from the pure clay lining of the salt beds it is harvested from. It can be ground with a mortar + pestle and/or presoaked before adding to dough (especially if doing autolysis).

Salt orders will only be accepted as part of a flour order.

Additionally, salt orders will be limited to 2 per variety per customer.
